Europa, which covers almost the entire top floor, is the jewel of Moonlight Villas. Exquisitely furnished with hand-crafted wood and glass decor, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and rocky beach front. Enjoy unforgettable experiences of the moonlight and sunset from the front terraces and spectacular ‘belvedere’ glass-surrounded room. Europa, which was built as the dream retirement residence of the owner, boosts unique and exquisite details at all corners of the home.

You access Europa through a private entrance at the Moonlight villa covered patio on the ground floor. There you can take either the stairs or an elevator to the top floor, which is occupied by two apartments, Europa and Io. When you enter Europa, you will be immediately surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of endless sea, sky and rocky beach front.

For most summer days, the sea is calm and limitless and provides you with an overwhelming feeling of tranquility and peace. On the rare days where winds blow from the south or southwest, you see large waves crash onto the rocky beach below, eliciting feelings of wild beauty, passion and adventure.

Europa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with great sea views (yes, even the baths have views to the sea!). The open floor plan allows harmonious movement between all main living spaces – living room, belvedere, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a large terrace with hot tub. This lovely terrace features comfortable seating, and looks out on magnificent panoramic views of the sea, sunset, village and surrounding mountainous landscape.

In the colder winter months, the spectacular panoramic views can be enjoyed from the indoors belvedere, which has no walls – only glass. A 3-face fireplace situated between the living and dining rooms emits serenity and warmth throughout the year. The spectacular kitchen has state-of-the-art modern facilities (ice maker, wine cooler, indoor grill, double oven, and dual gas/electric cook-top).

The spacious master bedroom is situated on the southeast corner of the villa and has a king size bed (180 cm), an en-suite bathroom with shower, a spacious balcony with lounges, and an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. A second luxury bedroom on the west side of the property has a king size bed, a private bathroom, and an amazing view of the west coastline. The 3^rd bedroom features a queen bed and views of the southeast and north. A 3^rd bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub with color therapy and a separate shower with hydro-massage provides luxury retreat for all.

Europa’s spacious interior can accommodate more than 6 people, but is also built for the superb comfort and enjoyment of a select few; perhaps three couples who want to share an unforgettable vacation, a family searching for luxury, or even a single couple traveling for a special occasion, honeymoon or not. Europa can also be rented together with Io, thus accommodating an additional 6 people (see EUROPIO villa option).
