Stepping into the ground floor of the villa, you will find an open plan space, featuring the kitchen (with oven + cook top, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and dining areas with a large, wall-mounted smart TV, as well as a sofa. The living room opens into a small private outdoor patio overlooking manicured olive trees with lounges and an infinity pool (13 sq. m.).

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): This bedroom features 2 twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can be converted into a king-size bed (1,80x 2,00), with a mattress topper upon request, and a bathroom with a stand-up shower and sink. The bedroom also features an open closet, mirror and a large window with garden views.

Bedroom 2 (top floor): This bedroom features 2 twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) and a window with mountain views.

The living room is found on the penthouse floor, with a corner couch, a wall-mounted smart TV, and large floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views that lead you to the penthouse terrace. This penthouse living room also hosts a sofa, as well as a chair that open into a single bed. A second bathroom features a shower and sink.

On the covered patio of the ground floor there is a storage room with washing machine and clothes dryer.
